City Harvest rescues excess food from various food industry businesses throughout New York City. The Young Ones Competition asked students to focus all of their attention on one brand as they encouraged people to support New York City's poor and homeless. Using the provided statistics, I hand lettered original copy for a poster series. My goal was to provide a more vivid image of City Harvest's impact. While all people can understand the posters, I wanted New Yorkers to especially resonate with them.
The series won a silver pencil at The One Club College Competition in 2011.
